Muay Thai

75mins/90 mins. Beginners. All Levels.

Muay Thai is a traditional Thai martial art known for its effective striking in the mixed martial arts world today. It improves endurance and strength, focusing more on explosiveness, body weight workouts for functionality and further improves balance and coordination.

Students will find Muay Thai based workouts more intense than others, but will quickly notice their stamina improving after the first few classes. It is effective for all types of fitness goals, and is suitable for those who want to begin and improve their fitness journey.

You will be trained in multiple aspects - be it body weight workouts, explosive plyometric movements, bag work, pad work, clinching, and more!


No-Gi Brazilian Jiujitsu

75 minutes. Beginners. All Levels.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses predominantly on ground fighting and grappling, incorporating proper techniques, leverage and holds to submit an opponent. It prides itself as a 'gentle art', promoting the concept that a smaller person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger opponent with proper techniques, joint locks and choke holds.

You will learn proper BJJ techniques and drills with our Black belt BJJ instructor thus incorporating it into rolls; building strength, flexibility and overall fitness through ground game.

As this is a No-Gi BJJ class, Gi's will not be needed. Suitable for all levels who are new and familiar with BJJ.


Brazilian Jiujitsu (Gi)

75mins. Beginners. All Levels.

Brazilian Jiujitsu class with Gi - learn grappling techniques, holds and locks with our Black belt BJJ Coach. BJJ is a physically demanding and mentally challenging martial art that requires a lot of focus, dedication, and practice. It emphasizes technique and leverage over brute strength, which makes it accessible to people of all sizes and abilities

This class requires you to wear a Gi. Gi rentals available in the gym (limited quantities).

Muay Thai:Bootcamp

45 minutes. Open to all levels.

Muay Thai based Bootcamp classes! From circuit drills, body weight or weighted exercises to plyometric - Muay Thai based conditioning, get the best of both worlds in this heart-pumping class! Muay Thai techniques are not a priority in this class.


Yoga (Open Flow)

60 minutes. Open to all levels.

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that involves a combination of physical postures, breath control, and meditation techniques, and is often used for relaxation, stress relief, and improving overall health and wellness.

Your teacher will guide you through a series of physical postures, known as asanas, while emphasizing the importance of proper breathing and mindfulness. The postures can range from gentle stretches to more challenging poses that require balance, strength, and flexibility.

 
 

Open Mats

Open for everyone

Want to come in early/ahead of class time to do your own training? Feel free to do so during our open mats sessions! Make full use of the gym facilities to brush up on your own techniques, stretch or just prep yourself for class. If you need help/assistance, feel free to ask any of our available coaches and they’ll be more than happy to guide you.

Got a competition coming up and want additional training? Pop in during Fighter Training sessions and get your training done with our coaches! Can range anywhere from padwork, bagwork or/and sparring! If you’re not a member but you want to train with our Professional Fighter/Coach, be sure to drop us a message beforehand!

Personal Training is best when you want to workout at your own scheduled timings, and have very specific goals in mind. Whether it is to lose weight, to tone up, to improve your Muay Thai techniques and skills, or even if your goal is to fight one day in the ring- we can help! Our PT programs are specially designed to your individual goals, all you have to do is schedule in and show up!
